Grid Fill saves after every move, so a run is never lost to a phone call or an app switch. Reopen the app and the exact same board — score, streak and power-up charges included — is waiting for you. The save lives only on your phone, so deleting the app deletes the save with it.

By playing. Clearing lines earns HAMMERs and LASERs, a full-board clear pays out a LASER, keeping a streak alive earns a SHIELD, and score milestones grant a PICK 3. Each tool holds up to 3 charges. Power-ups are rescues, not purchases — there is nothing to buy anywhere in the game.

Open the in-game menu and flip the MUSIC and SOUND toggles — they take effect immediately and are remembered between sessions. Haptics has its own toggle right next to them.

Automatically: every full-board clear and every restart rolls a new color theme — 29 in all, from deep space to dog breeds to flags. You can also open the theme picker and choose one directly at any time.

No. Grid Fill makes zero network calls — no downloads, no ads, no leaderboard servers. Airplane mode, the subway, a transatlantic flight: the game neither knows nor cares.

Tap the restart button in the top bar, or PLAY AGAIN on the game-over screen. Restarting clears the saved run, rolls a fresh theme, and starts you on an empty board. If you restarted by accident — sorry, a cleared save can't be brought back.
